Objective : To equip the first responders with adequate and effective skills in aquatic disaster management. This includes imparting of life saving techniques, crowd and trauma handling techniques, post disaster health management skills.

Eligibility : Should be a swimmer. Class VIII (minimum) passed. Age: 14 to 35 years

Course Duration : 7 days

Nos per batch : 20 nos.

Venue : Onsite (close to a prominent water body) at Village/Block/District Level

Prospect : To flourish as a registered first responder with the District Disaster Management Committee.



Objective : To equip the trainees with the skills of scuba in diving tank and open water so that they qualify as professional scuba divers (PADI) either to pursue a profession or a passion or both.

Eligibility : Should be a good swimmer. Class VIII (minimum) passed. Age: 14 to 35 years

Course Duration : 7 Days

Nos per batch : 10 nos.

Venue : SEI Campus

Prospect : To flourish as a professional diver who are in high demand in the industry.



Objective : To enable underwater divers who have already undergone training on deep diving hone their skills further and remain underwater rescue operation ready.

Eligibility : Should be a good swimmer. Class XII (minimum). Age: 18 to 35 years

Course Duration : 3 weeks

Nos per batch : 25 nos.

Venue : SEI Campus

Prospect : To flourish as an advanced level deep underwater rescuer.



Objective : To enable underwater divers to work to a depth of 33 ft. for the purpose of salvage and rescue operation in underwater.

Eligibility : Should be a good swimmer. Class XII (minimum). Age: 18 to 35 years

Course Duration : 6 weeks

Nos per batch : 25 nos.

Venue : SEI Campus

Prospect : To become a professional deep underwater rescuer.



Objective : Learning of practical application of techniques for rescue operations in water.

Eligibility : Should be a good swimmer. Class X (minimum). Age: 18 to 35 years

Course Duration : 4 Weeks

Nos per batch : 50 nos.

Prospect : To become proficient in salvage and rescue operations during floods.



Objective : To impart practitioners knowledge to students, scholars and researchers working in areas related to environment.

Eligibility : Graduation

Course Duration : 4 months

Eligibility : Science Graduates having Chemistry as one of the subjects.
